After reading through all these reviews, it’s pretty clear that not all of them are coming from real customers. Some people seem more interested in making complaints for attention, points, or to unfairly attack small businesses rather than sharing honest experiences. That’s disappointing, because it takes away from the voices of actual customers. As someone who has genuinely interacted with this business, my experience has been nothing but positive. The service, effort, and care they put into what they do really shows, and they deserve support and not some false claims. I’m happy to leave a 5-star review and recommend them to anyone looking for a business that’s authentic, hardworking, and takes pride and care with their machines, and truly values its customers.
Purchase two cf Moto kids ATVs. Sold me one with a dead battery (sales man knew and assured me a new one would be shipped to me). Two months later, battery died on the second machine. Booked warranty service. When picking up the machines I was charged for battery and 1 hour install. The battery in the atv was bran new from CT. The mechanic didn't even check to see if the machine ran before replaceing the battery with a dead battery. Stole my good battery and changed be $400 for a new one. Place is a scam, rip off. Never buying from them again
Rob and the service team were very helpful in scheduling and looking after some major service repairs on our nearly 'vintage' outboard. It hasn't ran like this for quite a while. They sourced difficult parts and looked after the repairs quickly so we could have the boat before the long weekend.
Recently purchased a Lund Crossover,. the pricing was good and the sales experience with Dillon was informative, helpful and not pushy. Also met with Shawn who had the boat ready on our schedule for pickup. It’s now in the water and running fine.

Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Not the fault of staff as I was dealing with the "President". I was referred to this store through yamaha. I was looking to purchase a small outboard engine. After confirming the price and availability I was looking forward to getting my new engine. Unfortunately, upon arrival I was told it had been sold. I guess sometimes stuff happens. The part that was very disappointing, I could have been told it was sold before i drove 2 hours. Or, they could have asked for a deposit; I would have been happy to pay. Most of all you shouldn't blame your customer or make fun of a trade in. There was opportunity to save the sale. It wouldn't have taken much effort to call a few other dealers, or even come up with some suggestions or other possible solutions. Instead - I got this ego, chip on your shoulder kind of "I'm the king of retail" you stupid customer kind of stuff. For that you lost a future customer, who if you had made this experience better, would have come back and got that ATV. Maybe stored their other boat, and probably would have recommended your business to other friends and family nearby. You certainly made your point - but not at my expense - yours. Poor service, poor leadership, rotten experience - provided by the "president". POST Response from the "President" You left out the part where i said the trade in didn't really matter. Again blaming the customer, insulting the customer. Just bad business.
